Kryt Group is structuring and delivering two road corridors totalling 471 km in Mongala Province, Democratic Republic of Congo, under a combined PPP/BOT framework.
The project is designed to improve regional connectivity, reduce transport costs, and open trade routes that support the broader economic development of the province. Kryt Group’s scope spans engineering design, financial structuring, construction oversight and long-term operations through to handover.
Working alongside the local government and qualified engineering partners, this project demonstrates Kryt Group’s capacity to deliver complex, cross-border infrastructure under bankable investment models.
