Kryt Group

Our approach

Structuring projects that attract capital and deliver results.

Kryt Group works across three investment models — Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), and private investment — tailoring the structure to the project, the partner and the market.

In every country of operation, we establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with qualified local partners. This structure protects all parties, satisfies lender requirements, and ensures long-term operational accountability.

Our process is repeatable but never generic: each project is structured from first principles, with the financing and governance model designed to meet the specific requirements of the country, the asset class and the investors involved.

How we work

A four-step partnership model.

  1. 01

    Conceptualise & Structure

Identify viable projects, define scope and structure the investment and partnership models required for bankable financing.

  2. 02

    Model & Fund

Develop rigorous financial models, engage institutional investors and secure international development finance.

  3. 03

    License & Form SPV

Navigate licensing, permitting and regulatory approval, then establish a Special Purpose Vehicle in the country of operation.

  4. 04

    Engage & Deliver

Government and community engagement through to construction management, commissioning and long-term operations.
