Kryt Group structures and delivers major road infrastructure under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) frameworks, covering all phases from engineering design and financial structuring through to construction oversight and long-term operations.
Our road projects are designed to open trade routes, reduce logistics costs and unlock economic potential in underserved regions. We engage with ministries of transport, provincial governments and development finance institutions to build the coalition of support required for bankable projects.
Current portfolio includes 471 km of road corridors in Mongala Province, DR Congo, under a PPP/BOT structure.
